Day in the Life of a Service Engineer

This summer, we were delighted to welcome Nathan’s daughter, Khloe, who joined us for the day. Eager to see what her dad’s work involves, she spent the day on the road capturing every moment on camera as they travelled around the south-east. We set her a challenge to create a video showing a day in the life of a service engineer.

Their day involved picking up an end-of-hire Etesia AK88 ride-on brushcutter, then travelling to a different site to fix another Etesia AK88 after a ball-join snapped resulting in a loss of steering. On their way back they made pitstops for parts at some of our suppliers including Rod Gaskin and Ernest Doe, followed by another end of hire collection of a Forst Chipper.

Once back at the office, Khloe was able to sit down with our marketing team who offered advice on video editing to create this brilliant video. Well done Khloe!
